Decking
All decks come with all posts and beams wrapped in white PVC, your choice of either white square pindles or black round aluminum spindles, hidden fasteners are used on all top side boards. All exterior screw holes are covered with matching cortex plugs, all corners are mitered.
$35 per sq ft for framing and Trex Select decking
$65 per line ft for premium white rails with oversized 16" fascia
$300 per step
$500 per 4'x4" landing
Stone
We offer a variety of stone services from Nicolock paver stone, natural flagstone over reinforced concrete, Nicolock sitting walls, Nicolock fire pits, Nicolock stone steps, and more.
$25 per sq ft for Nicolock paver stone (Nicolock soldier course border always included)
$32 per sq. ft. for nautral flagstone over reinforced concrete
$150 per line ft for Nocolock sitting walls ( we always use full nose caps)
$2,000 for Nicolock fire pit
$400-$500 for each Nicolock stone step
ABOUT
Elite was started just over 4 years ago hoping to do a couple of decks a month for what we call Disney money. Despite, that, we did 168 decks in 2020, over 500 in the last 4 years, and well over 200 in 2021. Needless to say, we have a secret recipe for success. Although this sounds great, how do you really know we are not just all talk? Our contractor completed an extension to our existing deck. Even though the original was put in over two years ago, the addition appears seamless and is just beautiful! It is a very sunny location and the original looks as perfect as the new portion.
